Affected Products	Batches with the model number FJ22400850A2 on the adaptor are affected.
Identifying your product	As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance checking procedures we have identified that some batches of the JML Fresh Air Globe Silver and JML Fresh Air Globe Pearl have potentially dangerous mains adaptor plugs. Affected adaptors have an earth pin which is 0.73mm too long and therefore does not push all the way into the wall socket.
Instructions	If you or someone you know owns a Fresh Air Globe, please: 1. Check the model number of the mains adaptor plug. If it does not match the model number shown above, your product is not affected by this notice. If the model number is FJ22400850A2, your adaptor may be affected so please follow steps 2. and 3. below. 2. Stop using the adaptor immediately. 3. Contact our customer service team on 0800 781 7831 (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excl bank hols), who will then organise a replacement adaptor to be dispatched. We will enclose with this replacement a pre-paid envelope for you to return your original adaptor. No other JML product is affected by this notice.
