Then remove the adapter to check the date code printed near the connecting pins. lf the date code on the adapter ends in 07 or 08 it is affected by this warning. Stop using it immediately and call the freephone number below to obtain a replacement mains adapter free of charge. |

In extreme cases this may result in the cover becoming detached exposing live electrical parts. To ensure that all our products meet high standards of quality and safety Philips has decided to voluntarily recall the affected mains adapters. THIS RECALL ONLY AFFECTS THE ADAPTERS. THE REST OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT AFFECTED. The adapters affected can be identified by the labels shown on the right. |
